I had a new thought recently. I have consistently wsaid that progressives have never had a thought. All progressive thought is derivative of the UK and the EU.
It occurred to me that perhaps there is another progressive model......Canada. The left wing longs to be Canada. Canada is home to lots of migrants and in working with the Indian and Chinese migrants, they dislike Americans.

Typically, Senators have to maintain at least two residences.
They have a normal suburban house outside of Burlington, VT.
Based on the pictures I have seen, it is nothing special.
Then they have a townhouse in the Georgetown section of DC that he/they stay at when he is in DC. That is probably worth more than the house in Burlington.
The house on lake Champlain I seem to recall was about $650K when he bought it with the payoff from the Dems for letting Hillary win.
