Just curious... are the other houses empty when the Sanders couple aren’t there? Who looks after them? Or are they being rented out?
I have no idea.
However, I would doubt they rent them out.
Typically, Senators have to maintain at least two residences.
They have a normal suburban house outside of Burlington, VT.
Based on the pictures I have seen, it is nothing special.
Then they have a townhouse in the Georgetown section of DC that he/they stay at when he is in DC. That is probably worth more than the house in Burlington.
The house on lake Champlain I seem to recall was about $650K when he bought it with the payoff from the Dems for letting Hillary win.
