Establishment Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) reportedly lauded the Democrats for launching Donald Trump’s impeachment trial after January 6.
Following the incident, McConnell was grateful to Democrats for taking action against his long-time political opponent, the New York Times reported. After it become certain that House Democrats would use January 6 as a potent political cudgel against conservatives, McConnell agreed with Democrats that Trump should be impeached.

GOP Senate candidates should be pushed to state their position on Mitch remaining the Republican leader. A few Republicans from the new majority refusing to caucus with the GOP unless Mitch is dumped is all it would take to force the rest to coalesce around somebody else.
Mitch is about Mitch, not America, not Conservative principles.
not surprising in the least. Just the other day it was reported that McConnell is mad that Trump hasn’t shared the $110 MILLION he’s raised, this while McConnell is busy financing Liz Cheney, Murkowski, and other anti-Trump candidates.
I have no doubt that’s true. Mitch is a CCP asset and a NWO soldier.

Sad that our own party is now infested with such uniparty treason- mitch and ilk have no legit reason to be opposed to Trump. The only reason they woild be opposed,to,him is if they are either illegally or shadily raking in tons of money and they sort want that to stop.
The Turtle was ALWAYS far too comfortable with the second-tier power Democrats in control gave him. He enjoyed the dinner parties, the camaraderie, the back slapping, the fawning by DC/NYC MSM hoors, the golf games, and all the second-hand graft they’d deign to give him.
Nearly all of them leave millionaires. Calls to comment, give speeches blah blah blah. Just because you were “in” CONgress doesn’t automatically convey intelligence. We have many examples of that still in CONgress.
