If you think Ukrainians have the right to bear arms but Americans should have their guns confiscated ... you might be a Democrat.

Ok who in Congress approved this?

The article doesn’t say who pushed the bill forward in committee or who signed it into law.

Going to get a whole lot more Ukrainians killed. They should be negotiating a peace. But no, they want another Vietnam or Afghanistan.

Approved in March as part of the spending bill: $13.6 billion infusion of military and humanitarian aid.
The military aid is being doled out in chunks.

As I heard it, it is within his “draw down authority”, although he said he is running out of the authority (whatever that is). He stated more will be needed and it will be up to the Congress to authorize more funding to Ukraine.

The Ukrainians do not seem to have lost their enthusiasm for the fight. The war started about 60 days ago. Large numbers of Ukrainian conscripts and volunteers ought to now be about ready to join the fight assuming they can be armed. Meanwhile Putin is scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Technically, yes. Just like we were with our aid to Britain before December 1941.

Isn’t it about time for Europe to grow up and take full responsibility for their back yard problems??
Why are US taxpayers funding the policing of the world?

Might not be a good idea to shoot those Warsaw 152mm projectiles through a NATO 155mm tube.

Biden, and his willing Republicans, have the total Ukraine taxpayer bill up to $3.2 billion. And He's only two months in!
10% to the Big Guy = $320 million!!!

LOL If he has to resort to getting mercs from Syria he's scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Look, if we want to sell arms to them then maybe we can talk. But give it to them? No.

Going to get a whole lot more Ukrainians killed. They should be negotiating a peace. But no, they want another Vietnam or Afghanistan. I think that you have it backwards, Russia is the aggressor here. And do not the Ukrainians have the right to defend themselves? Also remember, that in Vietnam and Afghanistan the insurgents won against the superpower (in Afghanistan twice, once against the Russians and once against the US).
To: JoSixChip
Hopefully a lot more Russians

It would be less of a burning issue if there were gratitude and respect involved, but all most of them ever do is spit on us, hamper our efforts in the court of world opinion, and treat us with disdain and disrespect.
We have plenty of reasons not to get involved in this, and none that compel us to get involved.
I also refuse to ally myself with the people who are clamoring for war. I detest and despise them, and they mean to do ill to this country. Every action they take corrodes and destroys this Republic, and this might turn out to be the worst of all.
Democrats all the way up to the President (as the graphic shows below) for years have been pushing to have a "world without America"

Well, they have pretty much succeeded in this. And we are teetering on the edge of a global war, never mind a civil war.
