The theft. And we’d still have our own energy production, for starters.

Lemonade from lemons; finally, even for the slow learners, the democrat corruption is on display in plain view.

Still not worth it.

This guy thinks that all these “events” were predetermined and that the commie pigs running the white hospice aren’t responsible for it.

Like Trump would have been powerless to stop the oil debacle, hyper-inflation, the war in Ukraine, the border, and the supply chain issues.

His policies were in place to deal with all of those.

Nope. We needed/need POTUS Trump in the White House. Even though he was perpetually hamstrung by 60 years of corrupt govt agencies, we would be 100 times better off than now.

This country is an abominable farce led by a bunch of mildly retarded children in all three branches of govt. Trump, at least, kept a lid on the wetback invasion and, most important, the economy in order.

Article makes interesting points. But it is all based on the assumption that the same bad things all would have happened under T. Also it glosses over the part where the election was stolen. Last, while there is merit to the logic that suffering will influence future votes, the article does not mention vaccine mandates. What kind of suffering will come from that? Like most government induced suffering, 1/2 will blame T for rushing the vax and the other 1/2 will blame B for mandating it. It’s called divide and conquer.

Biden is destroying the country from open borders to inflation to the destruction of the fossil fuel industry. And the election was stolen setting the stage for more of it. No, there is no pony in this pile of shit.

Republicans always look for the pony in the dung pile when they are beaten in elections.

The truth is, had the fraud been revealed and the proper votes restored, President Trump would have kept the pipeline, we would have continued with energy independence, our economy would continued to grow strong and Russia would not have dared to invade Ukraine - among many other positive things. We would have had our true leader and our country would have kept its hope.

Stupid Republicans!

Nice strawman the author concocted.

Inflation coincided with Biden because of his own actions. To state it was inevitable is illogical and flat out wrong.

40,000 votes?

Probably closer to 4 million plus votes Trump won by. The election fraud was enormous. I'm afraid massive Democratic voter fraud can now be expected in every election. I hope I'm wrong.

"The media, already hateful, would have turned venomous..."

WTHeck is Sheppard talking about? They turned venomous when Trump came down the escalator.

I agree. We’re so lucky to have lost. So lucky that President Trump isn’t around to manage a comeback from the economic disaster and lockdown of society. We should be happy that immigration was not kept under control, that Russia wasn’t given license to invade, that the Keystone was canceled, that gas costs nearly twice as much, that our savings and retirement plans are leaking value. Yeah.

Maybe the GOP should throw away the looming advantage for the coming mid-terms so we can even be luckier that we cannot put a stop to Brandon’s dictatorship of the lunatic. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

Here’s a reasonable assumption: Even if Trump won in an Electoral College landslide (and he very likely did), the press would never have been kind to him or to us. The tech giants would never (and may never) rehabilitate their oppressive behaviors.

When the lunatics on our side are writing that losing is lucky, you know the prospects to ever escape the damage of the last year or so are dimming fast. Think of it: four years of effort against all odds to reverse energy dependence to total independence; invasion at the border reduced to a trickle; no new wars involving the US. Undone in a matter of months. We’re lucky? Has American Thinker ever been so thoughtless? Lucky?

No! I refuse to accept such a stupid idea. We must become an Army of John Galts. If we celebrate a loss after the election irregularities of 2020 we will get more such elections.
