President Joe Biden will appeal a judge’s ruling that declared his mask mandate for those flying on federal airplanes unlawful if the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends it.
On Monday, U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle of the Middle District of Florida declared the Biden administration’s airport mask mandate unlawful and held the CDC exceeded its authority.

Biden was later quoted, “Hey you kids get off my lawn!”, the disruption causing him to miss important parts of a Matlock episode before the presidential daily nap.
The Chief Executive needs somebody to tell him whether or not to do something? Especially people who report to him. It looks like nobody in the Biden White House paid attention to those School House Rocks shorts about how our form of government is supposed to work.

And yet Biden and his DOJ are still going through the childish and useless exercise of trying to force Americans to wear them on airplanes.
They seem to want to prove their insanity every chance they get.
TSA regulations and searches, maks mandates, “vaxxinations,” the push for electric vehicles. and working from home.
Our basic freedoms are being restricted and slowly taken away. Government at all levels is working to turn you a serf who is tied to your home and your job. Travel and requirements for work are becoming a real PITA. One day you’ll need a reason and permission to leave your neighborhood. You won’t have the choice to travel privately.

I can see the DOJ getting a Restraining Order reinstating the mandate until the appeals results. This not good for the Democrats.
I live in a Chinese/Indian/Egyptian neighborhood where everyone still masks regardless of the mandate. I can tolerate that to an extent as it is a cultural obsession with certain nationalities, but can’t stand it when I see actual Americans in my area both wearing their worthless face diapers and (in the case of NY across the river) keep insisting on indulging their mental illness.

I can see that as well. How dare these plebes revolt against their edicts!
The mandate represents power. Nothing to do with public health - in fact there is evidence it is actually counter-productive in that area. But as an exercise of power, of setting precedents... Oh yeah, they're not going to let that go so easily without a fight.
This is NOT how an American should show any leadership. Come to think of it, when HAS he shown any leadership?
The democrats think this will help them in the coming election?
