I understand. There is both a fog of war and deliberate misinformation — from both sides.
But the casualty rates of Russians are pretty hard to hide at this point. It could be 10,000. It could be 30,000.

None of those people sources you name have anyone on the ground in the Ukraine so they rely on unnamed external sources and present them as their own.
Just except that their are lots of civilians being killed and there are heavy losses on both sides. It is pointless to argue over whose numbers are right or wrong.

what’s getting little if any coverage is that the donbass operations started on saturday..don’t be fooled ,this will take many months if not a year.. 4 or 5 towns near Izyum have been taken including Kremina.Lyman is now under attack and could fall to russians within a few days. Further east Propasna is partly under russian control including the train station.. links at utube cover some of these.
