An elected Democrat official has been accused of branding trans people 'men with t**ts', asking a Hawaiian woman if her grandparents had worked on plantations and flying into a rage when a staffer booked an economy plane ticket instead of business class.

Washington state Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler, 78, was first accused of racism and verbally mistreating employees by members of his team last month when Northwest News Network reported a top staff had accused him of bullying him and antagonizing staff and stating that he was 'not fit to lead.'

Several former and prospective staffers have come forward following legislative director Jon Noski's complaint, adding to the slew of allegations from incidents between 2017 and 2022 against Kreidler who is the state's oldest and longest-serving current statewide elected leader.

Soon such a person will receive mandatory reassignment to a reeducation camp. (Or something worse).

While he may not have “phrased it acceptably” (LOL), he is correct on the first point, as witnessed by last week’s story of 2 pregnant females inmates in a facility that admits “trans” prisoners.

I can tolerate “coach” for flights of 3-4 hours or less. I find it to be absolute torture on long-haul international flights (e.g., 11-hr San Francisco to Frankfurt, etc.). The business class premium which currently might be, say, $3,000, which only sounds insane when you’re not actually on the plane suffering in coach.

Can’t disagree with the first point.

as far as travel, who paid for the ticket. If it was out of his pocket, he can fly however he wants. If the taxpayers paid, economy it is, unless there’s something cheaper.

When you translate it to suffering per hour terms, even a transpacific flight is worth $300 per hour or so. It is actually more if you put it into terms of after tax dollars, creeping closer to $500 for each hour or so of comfort.

...and a good many Hawaiians worked on pineapple and sugar cane plantations until agriculture was replaced by tourism as the economic engine of the state in the eighties.

This is true. A four hour flight in coach is tolerable but I had to take a flight to London in coach and I was ready to jump out the window half way there.

If I fly coach, I’m in the first row behind first class, in the aisle. And I do early board. If it isn’t that, then I don’t fly.

This insurance commisioner needs to be woked out of a job. Its not because of his views on trans etc. It is because our auto insurance has increased because of him. If you had good credit, your insurance would be less. This guy thought it was unfair and unequal to have people with bad credit pay more. The whole equity BS. So now, we all pay more. If he gets woked out of a job, I will be cheering his departure.

It’s just a long tube full of demons as the tv preacher said. He was trying to get his followers to kick in and buy him a new private jet so he wouldn’t have to fly commercial.

Washington State Democrats have a long tradition of this: Mike Lowry, Governor, and Brock Adams, US Senator

Michael Edward Lowry (March 8, 1939 – May 1, 2017) was an American politician who served as the 20th governor of Washington from 1993 to 1997. His political career ended abruptly following a sexual misconduct allegation made against him by his deputy press secretary, Susanne Albright. A member of the Democratic Party, Lowry served as a United States Representative from Washington’s 7th congressional district from 1979 to 1989.

Brockman Adams (January 13, 1927 – September 10, 2004) was an American lawyer and politician who served as a member of Congress. A Democrat from Washington, Adams served as a U.S. Representative, Senator, and United States Secretary of Transportation. He was forced to retire in January 1993 due to public and widespread sexual harassment, sexual assault and rape allegations.
