Multiple kindergarteners were left feeling loopy after sipping ready-to-drink Jose Cuervo margaritas that a young girl brought to her Michigan school and shared with her classmates.
The students drank the cocktails from Dixie Cups during snack time at Grand River Academy in Livonia on Friday, according to Fox 2 Detroit.

My parents were painting house in 60’s, done for day, they sat at the bar my dad built in basement and had drinks with neighbors. 2-3 yo brother crawled up on stool and sat with them. Never noticed he was sipping until they put him down and he fell over- multiple times - at first my mother thought he was playing around until it dawned on her. They were dressed in clothes to paint had paint on them and had to take him to ER. He was fine, very embarrassing.
After reading the article I know nothing more. People seem to be getting off here. How did the kid get the booze. If the kid was 17 the parents would be arrested. I understand a mistake. But this kind of thing should involve police and family services.

Walk into a classroom years ago and one of the 6 graders was drinking a cooler. Teacher had no clue it has alcohol in it.
Today margaritas, tomorrow absynth or bacardi 151
Not necessarily.
Mommy has parties with friends over and serves drinks from this box.
Her daughter wants to do the same with her classmate friends and emulates the behavior.
Blame the teacher for not trying some first or not noticing the alcohol smell from the Dixie cups.
Unless the mother actually helped her daughter mix the drinks there’s no need to turn this into a federal crime.
Some people claim that there’s a woman to blame.
Libs don’t get sarcasm... or most humor unless it involves bodily functions.
Perhaps I’m in the minority here, but I don’t think this is a big deal. The parents of the girl who brought the margarita mix to school will be chided, rightly, and they won’t let it happen again. It’ll be a favorite family anecdote. And when was the last time you heard the word “woozy”? That alone makes it worthwhile.
The booze was far less damaging than the grooming which surely followed.
Publik skoolz. When you absolutely, positively, hate your children.
I hope they at least salted the rims of the Dixie cups.
As cute as kindergarteners are they walk the same drinking or not.
I’ve seen some kids trip over the flowers in the linoleum my daughter was a bumper nothing she couldn’t miss.
Was she a Mexican cutie?😏
What? Is that you, Senator Gillibrand?

The margaritas loosened up the young girls before their testosterone shots.
Yeah, butit’sobody’s fault...
I guess I was a late bloomer. I didn’t get tipsy at school until ninth grade. One of the football players on our school bus brought a large bottle of Pepsi on board. Except, the Pepsi bottle contained Vodka.
It’s amazing that the bus driver didn’t notice anything strange about our group taking turns drinking frantically from the “Pepsi” bottle. He also didn’t seem to notice how some of us, including me, were practically stumbling off the bus when we reached school. I don’t know how we made it through the day without the teachers noticing how “woozy” we were.
Of course, that wasn’t my first drink. I was around six or seven when I had my first drink.
Caddyshack!
Dixie cups?
That’s outrageous! That should have died out with that
horrible Dixie flag.
I’m so furious... /s
Heck, we’re showing the kids adult porn, teaching them
racism, and how to switch from one sex to another, isn’t
teaching them to drink liquor the next natural progression?
When do we start handing out condoms to them? 2022, 23?
I got bim bam banana pops, dixie cups
All flavors and push ups, too
I’m your ice cream man
Stop me when I’m passin’ by
