Fedex stinks where I am. They constantly report something as ‘delivered’ when it hasn’t been. Then it finally gets here later.
We’ve always had much better service from USPS and UPS; and the Amazon drivers themselves are pretty good.
I think it’s the location thing. I have relatives in the Midwest and I live in the northwest. They complain about FedEx and I complain about UPS. The USPS is slow and their tracking isn’t as good as the others. It is what it is. I guess.
For me its the reverse
Where I am, Fedex is much better than ups. ups beats the hell out of my packages. its sad because the people you interact with at the stores, are great and helpful. they are not the drivers.
USPS sucks. Has an envelope take 29 days to go from MD to AZ. Thanks goodness I paid for tracking else it probably would have just vanished into the ether.
