Pennsylvania's dramatic shift rightward is a warning sign for both parties about overreach
Washington Examiner ^ | April 10,2022 | Salena Zito

The biggest problem is that both Washington Democrats and the press seem to have no idea who comprises the Democrats' base anymore. “Some base Democrats see Obama as too conservative, and the working-class Democrats see him as too liberal," one Democratic strategist remarked. "The appeal he would have would be with suburban-mom voters, but even that’s a stretch given how they feel about education.”

In short, Obama is probably not going to save Democrats in places like Johnstown, which until now have been key to statewide Democratic victories. And Keystone State Democrats certainly aren't helped by Biden nor by Gov. Tom Wolf, given that both Democrats are polling very poorly in the state. Wolf was just handed a slap in the face by voters last May, when they voted to strip him of some of his executive powers.

They are on the wrong side with voters who would traditionally consider them for a state legislative race, U.S. Senate race, or congressional race. Voters are angry at Democrats on inflation, gas prices, the border and how the problem eventually hits their neighborhoods and suburbs in the form of fentanyl and meth addictions, the out-of-control crime, education control, and the lingering impressions after the chaotic and deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Obama called PA voters bitter clingers. I guess there’s more clingers now than before.

There hasn’t been an opportunity or political shift in the American electorate such as there is presently now, the GOP won’t get this chance, better take full advantage.

I take issue with the premise. The democrats continuously kiss black ass in hopes the desertion of Afro Heritage citizens will slow and cease.

The Africanization of the supreme court by the blatant Black ass kissing act made solely to generate support

They, they are acutely aware.

If the Democrats lose states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, they are screwed.

The headline does not match the article. Both parties have overreached?

Dems know they have the blacks on their plantation. Nothing will change that for the demo-cities. They always counted on the brown voters streaming into the US. The problem with this is so many of the brown voters are leaving their countries because of failed dem/libtard policies. From authoritarian cartels. Rural whites, Dems never gave a shit about Johnstown PA.

It is a party ruled by elites who use blacks as a club to keep everyone else in line and the urbanites are too stupid to see they are being used.....or they simply don’t care.

Which is why now is NOT the time to be electing RINO’s.

We have a golden chance to send true conservatives, especially in Pennsylvania, to the Senate and Governorship.

Oz is the WORST GOP senate candidate. The absolute worst!

She warns about Republican overreach if we regain power, but what has to be done to overturn the Dem ‘transformation’ of the country will have to be extreme. And I hope it will include returning fed lands to the states & getting rid of every agency that “manages” those lands. The left has used the Overton Window to move us so far from constitutional gov’t an extreme response will be necessary.

All that needs to be done is to vote out the RINO traitors. If everyone with an (R) after their name in the state legislatures of PA, GA, AZ, MI, and WI had been a true constitutional conservative, the cheat-by-mail-in ballots would never have been allowed and Trump would have won in a landslide.

The warning for “both parties” is for both to stop acting like Democrats.

If there are no more RINO traitors in states like PA and WI, then there won't be any more cheat-by-mail-in ballots allowed, and then the Dems are screwed.

I think you might see upsets in lots of places. I read that Zeldin (NY candidate for Gov) is up on the moronic Governor and I heard that Blumenthal might squeak by. (Not a loss, but a close win).

You’re right. That means PDJT must un-endorse Oz. I hope he’s not moving into dementia — an absolutely disgusting choice.

Then there’s Budd who’s been caught trashing Trump. And Ortagus who said she’d just love to work for and support Biden. WTF is he thinking?

More and more blacks “on the ground” understand the tokens in high positions don’t represent their interests at all - and often work directly against their interests. They realized this in the twilight of Obama’s second term, and it should be remembered that Black Lies Matter was born while Otoken was in office.

I’m convinced a big reason the federal government didn’t mandate vaxes for all was the mass resistance in the black community; I’ll give credit where it is due.
