In Florida and other southern states, Nevada, Arizona they decrease. People are outdoors more. During summer months they shelter indoors under air conditioning.

As long as Republican-controlled state legislatures have enough RINO traitors to go along with it, then we'll see cheat-by-mail-in ballots again.
This is why the Left fears the upcoming GOP primaries much more than the Mid-Terms. They know the grass root republican voter is still seething over the 2020 Steal, and there's gonna be some major payback in the primaries. No more RINOs means no more stolen elections. The Dems can't steal anything if cheat-by-mail-in ballots and drop-boxes are not allowed. RINOs are also preventing a nationwide Dominion audit.
RINOs are filthy traitors of the worst order. Vote as many of them out as possible this summer in the primaries, and we just might have a chance of getting our country back in 2024.
‘Expert’ knowledge in HIS case is, of course, a joke. That means he's sure about the ‘surge’ in the same way Pelosi was certain Trump would lose the election, because the stage was rigged!!
