Also the Tochka was produced at the end of the Soviet era. If anyone has dealt with military equipment, they know that serial numbers for equipment are not kept together. Units get transferred, equipment is sent for repairs and then put into general inventory, and missiles get traded for cases of vodka (or so I've heard). The Ukrainians could have the serial numbers immediately before and after this one which would give no indication of whether this one was Russian or Ukranian now.

Let’s face it, so many people are for the US to supply weapons and boots to their civil war, that they don’t even know what is and is not truth or close to it, our getting into it further. And the Russian capture of an USAF major general assisting in the movement and logistics of weapons along with their combat uses to the Ukraine shortly ago, may have already committed us to the skirmish. And how many people are going to freeze to death in the US when Putin cuts off 10% of our natural gas that is imported from them?

Let’s say. This is a friendly fire incident. This one time does not offset the hundreds to thousands of deaths the Russians committed against civilians. It could be argued that at there are legitimate military targets that civilians happen to be in, but handcuffed families in Bucha attest to the types of slaughter that can be proven to done by Russian forces. More will come out as to the flattening of maripol and to the regulars for civilian casualties there.
I will say the Russians seemed not to want to indiscriminately destroy at the start but frustration and revenge are creeping into their planing and tactics.
