To bribe everybody and their brother, if course. Bribery is in their culture; in their DNA. They’re better at it than even china.
Who do they bribe? Politicians, of course. But also individuals in the media. Reporters, editors, columnists. Anyone who can do anything favorable to Ukraine, wether it’s legal or not, gets bribed.
