Ukrainian forces are seen on video executing Russian prisoners of war in an apparent war crime, the New York Times confirmed.
A video posted to social media this week was recorded at a Ukrainian village near Kiev, showing what appear to be Ukrainian soldiers executing captured Russian prisoners of war in what experts say likely constitutes a war crime.
The video’s authenticity has since been confirmed by the New York Times, but the outlet decided not to publish it’s contents due to their graphic imagery.
In the video, a Ukrainian soldier can be observed shooting a Russian soldier three times while another, unidentified male can be heard saying “he’s still alive. Film these marauders. Look, he’s still alive. He’s gasping.”

Three other Russian soldiers wearing pro-Russian white armbands were seen in the video, apparently deceased. One of the Russian soldiers appears to have sustained a major wound to his head and can be seen with his hands tied behind his back. Some have suggested this means the Russian was bound when he received the likely fatal blow to the head.

People in the USA seem to not understand that most of the world’s population is brutal and barbaric. And that includes just about everything east of the Rhine.
Did the “Ukrainian forces” in the video remove their usual insignias and markings on their uniforms before filming? Seems interesting that in every clip and scene I’ve seen (from a LOT of sources - and of some things that really were pretty sketchy - the Ukrainians had distinctive markings or colors on their arms.
Anything on the video that didn’t happen to a Jan 6 protestor? Getting bludgeoned? Check. Being shot to death? Check.
It’s spiraled into a bloody tit for tat affair. What will Russians do when they see these videos of their comrades being butchered…I think it will look at lot like this…and so it goes.
From what I’ve read on WW2 this means a much higher misery index and body count.
Maybe a better question is who “invited” the Russians to Ukraine???

Between 1922 and 1933 Joe Stalin starved/murdered 5 million Ukrainians, and when the Nazis rolled in around 1940, Ukrainian men couldn’t line up fast enough to join the Einsatzgruppen (death squads) to slaughter Jews by the hundreds of thousands.
