Kidnap plot jury still at work; in disagreement on some charges (Michigan)

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich (WOOD)--A federal jury continued its deliberations Friday in the trial of four men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The jury said Friday morning that it has come to a decision on some counts but was so far locked on others. The jury asked the judge how it should proceeed.

The big question with all the long hours of deliberations did the jury reach not guilty or guilty verdicts in addition to the counts they are deadlocked on at this point.

Maybe one had their businesses close under unreasonable covet related restrictions when the rest of the country was open or had a relative dying in nursing home without any family members present after the governor brought active cases into the the homes and left special army field hospital conversions empty.
