Yes that’s the elephant in the room. We kick out Ph.D students who aren’t vaxxed but unvaxxed illegals are fine. Maybe the Ph.D. students can read peer reviewed publications and make up their own minds if benefits outweigh the risks.

I don't agree with you there. They should have a choice, same as me, same as you.

However, they should have to prove they don't have dreaded diseases when entering the country.
