99.9% of the time the number they use comes back as out of service.
Does the Biden administration actually believe very many of these people will show up for their court dates?
My guess, about 10% will show up.

The only difference between free Biden phones that track the user, and people that buy phones and get tracked, is the price.
Okay I am an illegal crossing the border and do not want to be tracked. I have two decisions.
Do I use the free phone if which they can track me of which they will probably not or just go to Walmart and buy a phone? I would recommend they just use the free phone as this administration does not want to catch you. they want your as future voters.
ps I am a white boy married to a Mexican National 28 years now. I am totally fed up with the politics of racism used for political purposes. In Texas this is just normal with interracial marriages.
