"Unwilling transportation across state lines = Federal kidnapping charge, Federal human trafficking charges. Want to guess the chances the current Feds would press charges?" You don't read well, do you. This is why it has to be "voluntary".

My point was that we can’t just round them up and shove them on buses if they don’t want to go, not legally. That said, it will be easy to get most them to go voluntarily. “Here’s $50 for food, this bus will take you to a place where they will give you more money.l
