Three red states — Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri — have filed suit to block the Biden administration from lifting Title 42. The administration said on Friday that it would lift the public health policy that has been in place since the Trump administration, which enabled border enforcement to summarily expel millions of aliens who attempted to enter the country at the southern border. The order is set to be lifted on May 23 — at which time DHS estimates the already overwhelming influx at the southern border may increase to as many as 18,000 apprehensions per day.
On Sunday, the attorneys general of the three states filed a civil suit in federal court in Louisiana. The suit names the CDC, HHS, DHS, USBP, ICE, and the DOJ, along with their directors and President Biden, as defendants, and asks the court for relief from the impending humanitarian and security disaster.
“This suit challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of the only safety valve preventing this Administration’s disastrous border policies from devolving into an unmitigated chaos and catastrophe,” reads the complaint.
DHS Secretary Mayorkas claims the department has “put in place a comprehensive, whole-of-government strategy to manage any potential increase in the number of migrants encountered at our border.” However, many are expressing incredulity that this is possible — including Democrats

The democrats border policies are nothing short of treason against the US. The Federal government is tasked by the constitution to protect this country from invasion.
They don’t think they can pull the steal off again so they need to import more voters.

Could select states (say Texas, AZ, FL) group together and fund a charter airline operation to deliver these 18K/month illegals to Wilmington DE? When they are at the border or within a certain distance of the border they are the nominal responsibility of a federal government agency. But once inside the country, away from the border, could a state take custody and transport them for release in another state? Just pile them up in Biden’s hometown. The Biden Admin is stupid, but marginally trainable. They saw that images of thousands of illegals huddled under a bridge in TX was not favorable optics, so they dispersed the crowd by flying them around the US at night. Optics problem cleaned up. Well, I suggest reconcentrating these folks in Wilmington. Make this a visible mess again.

Nothing should be lifted until American citizens no longer are under mandates for work or travel

Biden is THE MOST successful democrat president since FDR. Even Obama did not fundamentally transform the USA in two terms as much as Biden has in just 1 year. Illegal immigration is THE ONLY thing that matters. Once they are in, it’s over. And by the end of Biden’s first term there will be 20 million more “Nuevo Americans” (on top of the already 40 millions (no way it’s 11 million as the media claim)) to outbreed and outvote the stupid gringo. They are being shuttled to all the swing states. And when the rinos and democrats give them all amnesty, there is no way to outvote them. Sadly, it is already too late. When they are counted during next census in 2030 it’s done. It’s over. By then they will be half the population of the country.
