The only way to be sure would be for some completely independent entity to do the investigation. The Swiss government, maybe. But even then, good luck learning anything in an active war zone.

It will be very interesting re how Putin responds to this in public and in private to Brandon’s enemies in America and around the world.

That’s how he’s hoping the Russians will hear it...just more mindless babble from a senile idiot...and he’s totally oblivious to the fact that Putin and in fact the Russian people are not amused.
This may be a Dementia Joe starts WWIII moment.
But that’s okay, the Biden family will be fine, even though I’m sure you’re all worried sick about their wellbeing.
If Biden thinks he has a case to make, he should begin the official inquiry and present evidence.
Until an official investigation is opened, one that will actually have some authority, all this talk is just blather.

If this is the case, it has nothing to do with the verified facts of Russia’s evident war crimes in bombing civilians throughout Ukraine.
The facts will be filed at some point and Putin will be charged and tried in abstentia.
Biden is just looking for an excuse to bring NATO forces into play. I guess a false flag chemical weapon attack would be more difficult to get away with, so they’ve moved on to the “war crimes’ gambit.
