Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” that the Biden administration rescinded Title 42 because their “focus” is creating a right to remain for immigrants seeking to enter the United States.
Title 42 was enacted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention during the COVID pandemic in March 2020.

Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.
Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years.
Agreed. But note that a ‘right’ created by the government can be rescinded by the government. So in the next Republican administration the ‘right’ can be done away with immediately.

What is historically amazing is that Biden et al are in parallel, direct parallel, with President Xi in China.
The current objectives of both Biden and Xi are to create a new socialism in their nations. Under the political skin, Biden and Xi are brothers.

The only fair thing to do is for Congress to pass an immigration bill that mimics the Mexican laws concerning immigration. Mexicans cannot by definition be racists so the ACLU and Southern Poverty Law Center will be OK with the new laws.
Want to live here? Get an entry permit. Register where you live with the local police department. You must leave the country every 180 days. Cannot work at any job that can be done by an American without special permission. Bring enough money so you can support yourself. Don’t even think about getting welfare. Absolutely no political activity allowed.
