Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo hit Albany’s ethics watchdog with a lawsuit Friday, accusing it of “extraordinary bias” against him as he seeks to hold onto proceeds from his $5.1 million book deal.

Small potatoes compared to what Fredo is requesting from CNN (125 million).
Their starting to eat their own!

i hope he loses and it costs him $6,000,000

lol.. The dems want their slush fund money back. I say let him keep the money and charge him with murder. He deserves a jail cell.

The Joint Commission on Public Ethics was established as part of the Public Integrity Reform Act of 2011. Cuomo took office as Governor on January 1, 2011, and had to have signed this Act. There are 14 members on the committee. The joke is that based on the requirements for appointment to this committee, that by the time he resigned, this committee was made up of a majority of 9 Democrat appointees, and 5 Republican appointees.
