China staged a huge cyberattack on Ukraine’s military and nuclear facilities in the build-up to Russia’s invasion, according to intelligence memos obtained by The Times.
More than 600 websites belonging to the defence ministry in Kyiv and other institutions suffered thousands of hacking attempts which were co-ordinated by the Chinese government, according to Ukraine’s security service, the SBU.
The spy agency revealed that, in an apparent sign of complicity in the invasion, Chinese attacks started before the end of the Winter Olympics and peaked on February 23, the day before Russian troops and tanks crossed the border.
The SBU said China’s attacks sought to infiltrate targets ranging from border defence forces to the national bank and railway authority. They were designed to steal data and explore ways to shut down or disrupt vital defence and civilian infrastructure.
Russia also tried to cripple Ukraine’s computer networks and compromise government websites before invading, but the SBU said that Chinese attacks could be distinguished by the trademark tools and methods of the cyberwarfare unit of the People’s Liberation Army.
Asked if Britain’s intelligence services were aware of the alleged Chinese hacks, a government spokesman told The Times: “The National Cyber Security Centre is investigating these allegations with our international partners.”
US intelligence sources indicated that the information about a Chinese cyberattack on Ukrainian government facilities before the Russian invasion was accurate. The Chinese embassy did not respond to a request for comment.
Beijing has refused to condemn President Putin for invading Ukraine. Analysts said that China could be punished with western sanctions if it was proven to be supporting the war.
Soon afterwards, according to the SBU, the Ukrainian government noticed a spike in computer network exploitation (CNE) attacks, which are typically used for reconnaissance and espionage.

Are we going to go to war with China now?
How do we know it wasn’t the CIA who hacked Ukraine for purposes of attempting to bury/destroy all the Hunter/Biden corruption/evidence?

They'd have to hack Russia, since that's where all the corruption leads. Moscow Joe was paid by Putin through Burisma, which is owned by one of Putin’s cronies, Zlochevsky, who left Ukraine along with Putin’s puppet, Yanukovich, after the Maidan Revolution.
Moscow Joe was also given a leg up towards being elected because Putin made sure Trump was up to his eyeballs in alligators for the entire length of his tenure through the Russian collusion frame-up. Igor Danchenko, the guy who was arrested over his role in fabricating the Steele dossier, is Russian. He appears to be a Russian agent planted by Putin inside the Democratic party.
One of the ways you discredit your enemy is by planting evidence that suggests he is your paid agent. That was Danchenko’s assignment within the Democratic party - to help stick it to Trump.
I bet the CIA could easily spoof their hack making it appear the Chinese did it. They go in on a search and destroy, looking for anything connected to the Bidens.
I’d bet the rent corruption evidence exists regarding the Bidens, within Ukraine.

Btw, Ukraine is well known for being one of the most corrupt countries on the planet.

Ukraine’s economy ($150b) is 1/10 the size of Russia’s ($1.5t). Its population is 1/3.
Saudi Arabia produces the same amount of oil as Russia. Saudi Arabia’s economy ($750b) is 1/2 the size of Russia’s. Assuming that Saudi oil production accounts (with multiplier effects) for its entire economic output, Russia’s economy is 5x Ukraine’s just as a result of oil production. Then there’s natural gas, gold, nickel, platinum, palladium, diamonds, tungsten, titanium, et al. This mineral wealth is why Putin has a $200b personal fortune.
If you take out natural resource extraction, Russia’s economy is probably the same size as Ukraine’s. Basically, Russia is a Christian Saudi Arabia, except you can grow crops in Russia, whereas the Saudi desert is literally barren.
Could it be they haven't found it yet, hence a wide scale hack to find it. Or is it possible involved Ukrainians are holding out for the highest bidder?
China, Russia, Ukraine and the U.S.
So much corruption and no one to trust.

Good grief...That open border globalist poser was probably looking in a mirror.

China is now a combatant.
Apparently it worked so well that the Russians were compelled to give up on conquering an intact, functional fruit-basket of a nation and instead decided to bombard it into ruins out of spite.
I looked into Putin’s eyes and saw a Communist.
