Russia already won. the ruble is back up near the pre-invasion levels, and the E.U. is negotiating to buy gas in rubles, after verbally refusing to do so. India will do the same. Russian stock market was up over 5% today. Russia is making BANK on every resource imaginable. The sanctions can hurt oligarchs but wont stop the world from buying Russian stuff — which hey will now have much more of thanks to permanent control of Donbass, Crimea, and most of Eastern Ukraine. The dollar is in BIG trouble. Buy cryptos while they are still cheap. ETH, SOL, AVAX, LUNA, ATOM and BTC are my faves.
