China Puts Shanghai Under ‘Most Stringent Antivirus Measures Ever’

The government of Shanghai, China, has imposed “the city’s most stringent antivirus measures ever” on the financial hub’s population of roughly 26 million, China’s state-run Global Times reported on Monday.

“Shanghai is now under the city’s most stringent antivirus measures ever in a bid to stamp out the surging number of COVID-19 [Chinese coronavirus] infections,” the newspaper observed on March 28.

In addition to “sealing off,” or locking down, one half of the city at a time over the next week to prevent unwanted movement and conduct mass testing for the Chinese coronavirus, Shanghai’s government on March 27 ordered all non-essential businesses to close for seven days starting March 28.

“Public transport, taxis and car hailing services have been suspended in targeted areas, while cross-river bridges and tunnels have been closed. Meanwhile, the government is ratcheting up the building of isolation sites, conducting nucleic acid tests on the city’s 26 million people while guaranteeing food supplies and smooth medical channels for its residents,” the Global Times reported on Monday.

From everything I’ve heard about this, it’s totally unnecessary.

Shanghai is facing a direct purge by Xi and the Chinese secret police.

They’ve also moved the military in to keep order.

Chinese has been doing this to rachet up the economic warfare against the US. The reasons they give for many of these closures just doesn’t pass the snell test.

It’s a purge. Similar to how Putin is using his now closed CSTO to purge Russia and the Former Soviet Union that’s under his control. Also, the Chinese Communist Party and Xi told the Chinese people to begin to de-Westernize to prepare for war.

So how does the purge part work? If you are deemed not loyal enough to the state or party then you and your business magically test positive for covid and get shutdown?

---- "China Puts Shanghai Under ‘Most Stringent Antivirus Measures Ever’ "

As of 30 March 2022, the nation with 1,448,932,846 citizens has officially declared 12,209 deaths from-and-with Covid, according to one of the officially official Covid data trackers.

Source: https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/region/china

( 12,209 really, really believable Covid deaths over twenty-seven months / 1,448,932,846 Chinese ) x 100 = a really, officially believable mortality rate of 0.00084 %.

One may trust the data because the data trackers and data reporters are all reporting the absolute truth.

Gosh! China wouldn't lie to us, not in January of 2020, and not now!

What the Communists are praying for is that the West will again lock down and hamstring Western economies because....

....trust us. And buy our PPEs for billions of dollars to make us more wealthy. And also, trust us. After all, the Bidens love us. So should you. Or you are domsetic terrorists. Or something.

Does anyone here know...are these Chinese lockdowns a form of economic warfare against the West intended to starve us of needed products?

I rode the Shanghai train system 15 years ago. Even back then, you were packed like sardines. I don’t know how they get physical distancing or any other protocol, such as at-home isolation to work in a city as massive as this!

Please help me! I am a late-stage climate denier, terminal WHO critic, hateful Fauci hater, and won't even rush to the Ukrainian-Russian front to fight! I believe that madmen are running the asylum, and refuse to listen to CNNCBSNBCABCCDCFDANYT. There must be some counseling somewhere which can assist. Maybe struggle sessions moderated by BLMantifaLGBTransphobists? Please help me!

Causing more shortages….Russia doing the same. This is all “the great rest” in action. They’ll stop production cause as many shortages as possible then come in and “government to the rescue”.

Full lockdown AND mass testing? As in forced, door to door?

“most stringent antivirus measures”

So they’re going to actually pay for a monthly subscription instead of relying on Windows Defender and MalwareBytes?

My daughter is living there telling me every day about it. Food has skyrocketed, and now the state is telling them no more vegetables until it is over. Pics of workers in suits delivering groceries bagged, off of trucks.
