3 Republicans Sneak In Vaccination Without Parental Consent Amendment
The Tennessee Conservative ^ | March 28, 2022 | Jason Vaughn

Posted on 03/28/2022 3:10:48 PM PDT by Mount Athos

On March 22nd in the House Health Subcommittee and on March 23rd in the Senate Health Committee, two “caption bills” were snuck in under the radar with amendments added that push the HPV Vaccine. One of the bills allows minors to receive the HPV vaccine without parental knowledge or consent.

A caption bill is filed as a placeholder with generic language that is filled out with amendments in committees and subcommittees. Generally, these amendments are not displayed on the General Assembly website until a bill is well on its way in the legislative process.

House Bill 0946 (HB0946), sponsored by Representative Bob Ramsey (R-Maryville-District 20) and Senate Bill 0148 (SB0148), sponsored by Senator Richard Briggs (R-Knoxville-District 7) adds language to existing law that would allow health care providers to provide “treatment to a minor to prevent STDs without the knowledge or consent of the parents or legal guardians of the minor.” This language is broad enough to include the HPV vaccine, HepB vaccines, and two risky drugs approved for adolescents and adults to be taken to prevent HIV.

Take note of the benign language that was submitted as the summary for the caption bill that still remains on the General Assembly website: “As introduced, establishes a deadline of January 1 for the submission of the annual plan of expenditures with relation to state grant-in-aid funds submitted by each county to the commissioner of health.”

Only in the Amendment is the true language of the bill revealed: “Authorizes certain healthcare officers and providers licensed in this state to provide consultation, examination, diagnosis or treatment to a minor to prevent STDs, without the knowledge or consent of the parents of the minors.”

Stand for Health Freedom (SHF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting basic human rights, constitutional rights and parental rights, states that this legislation “subverts the right and duty of parents to make informed decisions about whether or not their children should receive preventative medical treatment. It additionally creates a structure of distrust between the parent, the child, and healthcare providers.”

SHF goes on to state that, “Minor children do not have the emotional maturity or intellectual capacity to make important medical decisions. This includes being able to make a well-informed decision that takes into account each vaccine’s unique risk profile as well as the child’s own personal and family medical history(for example, prior vaccine reactions as well as factors like allergies, autoimmune disease or neurological disorders).

If a child consents to vaccination or begins taking a prescription drug without a parent’s knowledge and that child has an adverse reaction or begins experiencing side effects, the parent would have no way of knowing what is responsible for the child’s sudden decline in physical, mental or emotional health; this lack of knowledge could be life-threatening.

Currently, the TN Department of Health promotes abuse of the ‘Mature Minor Doctrine’ —which is NOT a law — to allow minors as young as 14 to get a vaccine without parental knowledge or approval. HB0946 (SB0148) would make actual law what is now only abuse of a doctrine. This must not happen.“

The Senate version of the bill (SB0148) has already been passed by the Senate Health and Welfare Committee with all members, Republican and Democrat, voting in favor. The next step is the Senate floor for a vote. If you oppose this bill, contact your Senator HERE.

The House version of the bill (HB0946) was passed by the House Health Subcommittee and is scheduled to be heard by the full House Health Committee on Wednesday, March 30th.

If you oppose this legislation contact the Republican members of the committee (who hold the supermajority vote) prior to their meeting on the 30th. Their contact information is as follows:

House Bill 2032 (HB2032), also sponsored by Representative Bob Ramsey (R-Maryville-District 20) and Senate Bill 2026 (SB2026), sponsored by Senator Bill Powers (R-Clarksville-District 22) authorized Dentists to administer the HPV vaccine.

Take note of the benign language that was submitted as the summary for the caption bill that still remains on the General Assembly website: “As introduced, requires the board of dentistry to make semi-annual reports, instead of an annual report, of its proceedings and activities to the governor, with copies to be made available to any interested parties. ”

Only in the Amendment is the true language of the bill revealed: “Authorizes a dentist to administer a vaccine against the human papillomavirus.”

Assumptions for the bill as amended (partial):

Tennessee Code Annotated § 63-5-123 currently authorizes a dentist to administer the COVID-19 vaccination if they have received appropriate training. The proposed legislation adds the human papillomavirus vaccination to what a dentist is authorized to administer, so long as they receive appropriate training.

Stand for Health Freedom states that “Vaccination is a medical intervention that requires knowledge of an individual’s medical history, previous vaccine adverse reactions, follow-up to any new adverse reactions or health issues developed. Merck has been pushing for years to expand uptake of their controversial vaccine, Gardasil, by driving legislation to allow dentists to administer. Gardasil sales increased 44% to $5.7 billion in 2021, but Merck is facing 14 lawsuits outside of their liability-protection umbrella, accused of fraud and hiding serious risks of their product. Prior to the Covid-19 shots, Gardasil held the dubious distinction of having more reports of serious adverse reactions than any other vaccine.”

The Senate version of the bill (SB2026) has already been passed by the Senate Health and Welfare Committee with 6 Ayes,0 Noes and 1 person not voting. The next step is the Senate floor for a vote. If you oppose this bill, contact your Senator HERE.

My co-worker permitted her daughter to get 2 HPV injections. After the 2nd, her daughter developed PoTS (Positional Tachycardia Syndrome). The consequence for her daughter is no longer being able to participate on her cheerleading squad, ride horses or compete in karate classes. Those are the immediate consequences. Some females become sterile as the Polysorbate-80 preservative triggers an auto-immune attack against the ovaries. It's not a harmless "vaccine".

HPV prevents papillomavirus infection, which causes cervical cancer in women and nothing in men (except genital warts, sometimes).

Of course, chastity also prevents genital warts AND cervical cancer.

HPV has nothing to do with colon cancer.

I try to be careful with what I say here. But I am going to state straight up right now. They touch my Grandchildren without permission and I will make sure who ever did it will never do it to anyone else again. Period.

This is for HPV, which prevents colon cancer later in life. [ . . . ]If you agree with all the other vaccines like smallpox tuberculosis, and diptheria as a requirement for attending school, then this is no different.

First, it is primarily for preventing CERVICAL cancer, NOT colon cancer.

Second, each vaccine must stand or fall on its own merits. Just because it has some things in common with vaccines that are widely accepted, does not mean that the benefits and risks are the same, or that the vaccine did or did not use fetal cell lines in development or testing.

So, almost everyone with a brain is okay with a rabies shot if you have been bitten by an animal that might be rabid.

A lot of people don't see the need for a Hep-B shot, a chicken pox shot in young children, or a flu shot.

The HPV vaccine is only effective against a certain subset of HPV variants. HPV is almost exclusively an STD. For that reason, neither my wife nor I would ever consider getting one any more than we would consider getting an AIDS shot.

Parents should be the only ones to determine if their minor children should get medical treatment, including Gardasil (HPV) vaccines.

What HPV variants do the vaccines work against. How many variants exist. COVID has shown what happens when you block one path, life, including viruses, will find a way.

Wouldn’t it be horrible if someone took enough offense at this that they used physical force to change minds?

It will happen someday, when the line is crossed nilly willy like this time after time. Actually, I think events are being steered to guarantee violent reactions, to give govt the reason to go to a permanent Martial law scenario.

Who are these god men and women, that act as if their diktats are to be made law? What ever happened to informed choice?

"In Tennessee? ... was a potential retirement state ... what the heck is going on there?"

I'm moving to rural TN next week (from FL, no less). I'm looking forward to not living on ground zero (of course I'll be living on top of the New Madrid fault - nothing's perfect).

I checked, and while FL has a strong conservative legislature, TN's is much stronger.

If I’m not mistaken, Gov. Good Hair pulled this shiite some years back in Texas and suffered some severe blow-back as a result.

All cancers could metastasis. I wonder if the virus stays in the body like HIV? I know they have to cut out the cancer area and radiate nodes so it won’t spread.

Bullshit!

The devil is in the details and we already fought this battle in TX.

Your child only needs this if they are sexually active and have multiple partners, and then, it is just as a precaution.

If you agree with all the other vaccines like smallpox tuberculosis, and diptheria as a requirement for attending school

Double Bullshit!

Smallpox, Tuberculosis, and Diptheria is NOT the same as a communicable disease.

Quit your lying!

Anyone, and I mean anyone, who trusts Big-Pharma and those pushing this crap, is an idiot!

My co-worker mentioned her daughter had been diagnosed with PoTS. It was 4 months later that I saw the study linking HPV vaxx to PoTS. I forwarded the article to my co-worker. It was at that point she mentioned that the PoTS occurred after the 2nd HPV vaxx. The damage was done before she was aware of the hazard.

Parents and the family doctor Need to know what a child is to receive as medicines from other doctors in case the GP/family knows of allergies/allergic reactions that could be crippling or deadly and must tell all the other treating doctors about them BEFORE a child receives any treatment.

This is common sense and can save a doctor a very destructive malpractice e suit.

It’s very different. Perry tried to make it mandatory in Texas years ago. TG it got overturned. The side effects were horrific. Just Goog it.
