The West Virginia lawmaker has apparently flip-flopped after he torpedoed Biden’s signature package, a $2 trillion bill that was filled with social engineering items and special interest money, pronouncing it “dead” during a conversation with reporters last month. ROFL! Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many of us here on FR said "just wait" and "it's a matter of time" before Manchin got his 30 pieces of silver and he'd flip-flop.
Those of you who put your faith in this assclown - WE TOLD YOU SO! YOU SUCKERS.

Joe the Squish is giving him another chance....
It’s what they call POLITICS. Demos are much better at it than GOPers and Trump people are the least skilled of all. Given the structure of our nation, POLITICS is the only game with any meaning. The Demos have discovered to their shock and good fortune that wheeler dealer Donald Trump has absolutely no skill in playing POLITICS.

Yeah. Trump thought he was elected to follow through on what he promised the voters. What a dummy.

Whatever he thought and I happen to agree with you, he was either unskilled, unwilling or unprepared for the POLITICAL circus he would need to control in order to fulfill his promises. The fact that he didn’t was and is shocking to me since he made his first fortune builfin in Manhattan and the palms you need to grease to get anything done are substantial.
His second fortune came in the casino business where he got taken to the cleaners by the likes of Steve Wynn. Of course the TV show is what most people think of. I for one would have preferred that NYC real estate and builder guy who dealt with the pols, the unions, and even the wise guys.
