And in 5 months we will have nothing to show for it except more “undocumented” aliens. 30 billion would build a lot of infrastructure. It could build enough desalination plants we could end the drought and refill the water table. Or put in the pipeline from the Mississippi river to the top end of the Colorado river system and fill up Lake Powell and Lake Mead with the water that floods Louisiana every frickin year. But no, that would require something a politician does not have. Brains and a backbone.
Expect illegals from all over the US to go to California for the benefits. Expect new illegals to go to California as their preferred destination.
