If there is a prosecution, they can appeal. The criminals will have a friend on the SCOTUS with KRB. She’ll be a rubber stamp for George Gascon and Alvin Bragg.

The lookout part is important. But it’s California. The police, high-priced private security guards, and the criminals are all allowed to be armed. Average citizens, not so much.
