A House Democrat has just been left with his chances of re-election in tatters after his wife got revenge by very publically exposing his “sordid” extramarital affair.
Dr. Sonya Douglass broke her silence about her husband Rep. Steven Horsford’s (D-NV) affair because she is not happy he is running for re-election.
Douglass accused her congressman husband of forcing his family to “endure yet another season of living through the sordid details.”
The Nevada Democrat was 36 at the time he started an affair with 21-year-old Senate intern Gabriela Linder.
Horsford admitted the relationship to his wife after Linder spilled the beans on her podcast “Mistress for Congress.”
Dr. Sonya Douglass wrote: “If you’re silent about your pain, they’ll kill you and say you enjoyed it.” -Zora Neale Hurston #WHM.
“Until now, I thought being silent was a source of strength.
“I have remained silent for nearly two years and want it to be clear that I am not enjoying the pain that my children and I continue to suffer since @StevenHorsford told me the day after Mother’s Day about his 10-year affair AFTER already speaking to his staff and attorneys.
“And that he would choose to file for re-election and force us to endure yet another season of living through the sordid details of the #horsfordaffair with #mistressforcongress rather than granting us the time and space to heal as a family.
“This election cycle, I will not be silent.

“And since @StevenHorsford refused to do it, I am putting all reporters, journalists, bloggers, and others who choose to include my name and/or images of me and my children in any future stories about the #horsfordaffair on notice.

The wife is the smaller one with very curly hair. The girl friend is the one showing off her chest.

The wife is one of those useless Diversity Inclusion professors on the dole at some university. I feel sorry for none of them. The kids, please....they lived in a flaming lib household where Dad was a Democrat politician cheating snake, that sh*tshow ruined them for life, put them up for adoption.

Looks like the Democrats rigged the 4th CD in Clark County in 2020.

Located in the central portion of the state, it includes most of northern Clark County, southern Lyon County and all of Esmeralda, Lincoln, Mineral, Nye and White Pine counties.
