Does anybody recall the controversy that arose in regards to the 2003 nomination of Janice Rogers Brown? Senator Joe Biden appeared on Face the Nation, and said he would probably endorse a filibuster to prevent Brown from becoming a Supreme Court justice.
So Joe displayed his extreme prejudice long ago in regards to someone being black and female, and tries to atone for it by nominating someone on the basis of black and female alone today?
Will the real Joe Biden please stand up?
After Durbin’s comments were finished, the republicans started theirs with, “Now that the clown show is over...”

I’m not saying that this Judge shouldn’t be ridiculed and grilled thoroughly, but in the end, none of this stuff matters. The Rats control the whole process, and they will get a leftist judge in this seat one way or another.
It doesn’t matter what her beliefs or thought processes are on any individual issue. All that matters, and the reality, is that this person is going to be a reliable vote for the leftist cause on every supreme court case. Like all leftist judges, %100 fealty to the cause, and %100 voting record towards advancing leftism.
If they rush to approve this joke, whose primary qualifications are that she is a black woman, then they should be just as ready to IMPEACH and REMOVE her!

No— Senators can throw a card-— the blue card, and completely bring the process to a clearly non achievable result such that the nominee— is PULLED. I think the Race Card with a Woman Card still beats the Trannie & Homo Card. That relationship is likely changing! This battle if she fails might contribute to that changing.
