The StL prosecutor is the same one who refused to file charges against a mob that broke into a gated community but did file felony charges against homeowners openly carried weapons to keep the mob off of their property. She also filed what turned out to be bogus charges against Republican governor Greitens which resulted in his resignation. Naturally she won re-election.

No charges? This would have been the easiest case ever for the prosecutor to win, except she doesn’t seem to want to win. She should take note of the recent successful carjacking in New Orleans that resulted in the victim’s arm being torn off as she was dragged to her death. Not every carjacking has a happy ending.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Tuesday that prosecutors have declined to file charges against the man, even though the St. Louis Police Department (SLPD) sought charges of first-degree robbery, armed criminal action, and resisting arrest.
Can I file it under "World's Dumbest Prosecutor" instead?
The police should delete the names, addresses, emails and telephone numbers of everyone in the prosecutor’s office from their data bases and phone systems.
Make it impossible for any of them to contact the department to call for help.
Get a top notch IT guy to do it so there is no trace of how it happened. Glitch!
