California is reporting some of the highest gas prices in the nation, nearing $6.00 a gallon on Tuesday, according to AAA’s data.
As of Tuesday, the national gas price average stood at $4.242, slightly lower than the record high, which the U.S. broke in a series of consecutive days earlier this month. On March 11, for example, the national gas average reached $4.331, rising 49 cents over one week, beating records made during former President Obama’s presidency.

The oil companies should quit selling gas in California and sell it where their enemies don’t control
If the people in CA are as stupid as those in my workplace, they believe it’s Putin’s fault and rich oil companies and this will be over soon.
On January 6th, 2021, I paid $2.03 per gallon at the Sam’s Club in Daphne, AL.
On Sunday, March 20th, 2022, at the same location, I paid $3.94.
That is a 94% increase in the cost of a gallon of gas.
And they love it.
Filled up yesterday, La Quinta, CA. (Palm Springs area). 6.15 for super unleaded.

It is now 5.99 in Ca. at my local gas station Costco has it for 5.59 but the lines are SO LONG it is not worth it to wait that long!! I don’t drive that much anymore it is 1 mile to work and 1 mile home THANK GOODNESS!! In my younger days I commuted 30-40 miles each way!!

Locking gas caps don’t help anymore they are now drilling holes in the gas tank and draining the gas into the container!! So if some poor shmuck has a 1/4 tank of gas in his car he has to spend over a thousand dollars for a new gas tank so these stinking thieves could get the 1/4 tank of gas!! They are also stealing catalytic converters like crazy there are some kinds of minerals in there that are evidently valuable, car parked outside they slide right under the car and saw it right off!!

Way to many people in CA. commute pretty long distance to work so they can LIVE in safer neighborhoods although NOW there are no safer neighborhoods!!!! Crime is moving right into Beverly Hills, wonder how these leftists are going to deal with this NOW in their safe haven neighborhoods!!!

The refineries in California send gasoline to other states, principally Arizona and Nevada. So no to that.
Export the gas to surrounding states where the extra supply will be appreciatedbut sell none in energy/oil hating California.

near $6.00 try over $7 in some places in calif.
