What Americans Must Know as Senate Hearings Begin for Supreme Court Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson

Last month, President Biden nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to replace U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. . . .

Red Flag 1: Private Practice. In the earliest days of her private practice, Jackson co-authored a brief on behalf of several pro-abortion groups. In the brief, Jackson supported the creation of discriminatory free speech “buffer zones” outside abortion clinics, where abortion clinic workers could speak to pregnant women, but pro-life advocates could not. The brief disparaged pro-life advocates (often religiously motivated mothers and grandmothers seeking to support pregnant women) as a “hostile, noisy crowd of ‘in-your-face’ protestors.” Jackson’s stance in this brief raises concerns about how she could rule on free speech and religious freedom issues.

Red Flag 2: Senate Judiciary Committee Statements. As a D.C. trial judge, Jackson did not hear many First Amendment cases. However, her statements during previous confirmation hearings raise serious concerns about how she views the First Amendment.

In her 2021 committee statements, Jackson implied that she does not believe the church autonomy doctrine provides clear, settled protection for religious organizations. She also suggested that schools that receive federal funding may discriminate against students and teachers for their religious, ideological, or political speech.

In 2012, a senator asked Jackson if she believed the Constitution was a “living” document (believing that the Constitution must be updated to fit modern values). Jackson said “No.” However, in 2021, when Sen. Cruz again asked her if she believed in a “living Constitution,” she refused to say, citing her lack of experience interpreting constitutional texts. She also stated that she “do[es] not have a theory of constitutional interpretation,” suggesting she is not likely to interpret the Constitution according to its original meaning. . . .

We already know any Dem nominee for the Supreme Court is going to be extremely bad on those issues as well, and probably even worse than this woman. This nominee might be the most moderate of those he’s considering, which is a scary thought, so I wonder if it’s even worth the fight. You can be sure the Dems will play the race/sex card to the max on this and if we stop her they are likely to pick another black woman who’s even more radical and to stop 2 black woman nominees in a row probably isn’t a good look.

This is one heck of an opportunity for the dems to blackmail compromised pubs that play the pedofile card and get a hard leftist installed.

Heck they may not wait for a pub to go after her and just expose them anyway before the midterms.

Ketanji Brown Jackson was almost expelled from law school because she was masturbating in public. (Or so I heard. You see, conservatives can make things up too.)

"Our analysis shows that Jackson was one of the most frequently reversed judges on the D.C federal district court. Even liberal judges frequently ruled against her and found that she intervened in cases where she did not have jurisdiction and engaged in judicial 'abuse of discretion' ... The high rate at which appellate courts have overturned her decisions signals that Jackson frequently ... gets the law wrong on constitutional matters."

"Support from Radical, far-Left Groups ... Jackson has been endorsed by virtually every liberal activist group in America. She’s been praised by Planned Parenthood, Center for Reproductive Rights, American Civil Liberties Union, American Atheists ... and other radical organizations. The fact that these groups want Jackson on the Supreme Court indicates they think she will be ... hostile to our constitutional rights and freedoms."

That article indicates senile Sleepy Joe's Affirmative-Action nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson, may not be the best choice for our nation's highest court.

Perhaps if senile Sleepy Joe hadn't cluelessly decided beforehand that his nominee absolutely must be a black woman, he wouldn't have foolishly chosen one of the worst candidates possible. Oh wait, sorry, we're talking about senile Sleepy Joe who doesn't actually make any decisions himself. What I meant to say is that senile Sleepy Joe's handlers shouldn't have decided beforehand to pick a black woman, thus banning all highly qualified female candidates (of all other ethnic and racial backgrounds), as well as banning all highly qualified male candidates. Seems senile Sleepy Joe's handlers are a bunch of racists and sexists. But I thought that all ultra-liberal, leftist Democrats/RINOs were totally against sexism, xenophobia, racism, and homophobia ... What's that? You mean the Democrats/RINOs have been lying about all of that racism stuff all along? Oh, ok, I get it now.

Random question: Why doesn't the senile, hair-sniffer Sleepy Joe ever sniff black women's hair? Is that because senile Sleepy Joe is even more racist than everyone knows he already is? After all, in 2020, senile Sleepy Joe angrily yelled at and reprimanded one black interviewer, If you don't vote for me, "then you ain't black!" That's funny: Senile Sleepy Joe angrily lecturing black people about which of them are black and which aren't. And that's because all racist Democrat politicians (including senile Sleepy Joe) know that the huge majority of black Americans will always continue voting straight-ticket Democrat no matter how terribly the Democrat Party continues to treat them.
