Boeing 737. I saw a documentary that made a case for Boeing going down the drain after merging with McDonnell-Douglas. Apparently, Boeing was engineer centric and detail oriented before the merger. McDonnell-Douglas was bean counter heavy, and didn’t mind cutting corners. And that gave us the 737max.
I can’t wait for their manned space program to start.
I’m hearing reports that Putin authorized the shoot-down of that plane in retaliation for China not supporting him as strongly as he wants. Just Horrible!

Cheap Chinese knockoff pilot training is bad juju.
It looks like a suicide mission... Straight down, full speed. Typical plane crashes don’t look like that... The pilots are usually trying to save the plane and passengers, because they are trained to save it, and they die trying their best to land it... Not pile driving it into the ground.

I thought it was credible—most corporate mergers that I have seen have been disasters on multiple levels.
The worst corporate culture seems to take over the entire operation in most cases.
