I’m glad the spotlight is on Vos, because these GOP leaders did nothing leading to the 2020 Election.
What state law would they cite to decertify some 18 months or so after the fact?

Won’t do any good. Makes us look like sore losers. Too many sheeple out there don’t want any drama. This is how it’s done. We better learn from it and do the right thing. Starts with STATE legislatures. Red state ones are too wobbly. Perhaps a Contract where all states assemblies are on the same page. The issues are out there regarding parents rights + mandates.

There is no Constitutional mechanism to decertify the 2020 election, remove Biden, and return Trump to the White House.
We need to concentrate our efforts on revealing the steal, prosecuting those who perpetrated the steal, and work to re-elect Trump in 2024.

Let the Legislature decertify, then allow the legality of it to be decided in the courts.
Voting laws were violated without the consent of the Legislature. Were they worried about the legality of it?
Robin Vos is an idiot, if he believes the Constitution does not have provisions for election fraud, for it does. In fact, fraud negates the entire election in Wisconsin, so their electoral votes cannot be counted at all. That in effect is the same as recalling your electoral votes.
I mean, I personally don't know Wisconsin election law well enough to have an opinion one way or the other, but it is entirely possible that decertification is not something contemplated under Wisconsin law.
Doesn't mean there wasn't a lot of cheating, or that the election wasn't bogus. Just means that decertification isn't the correct legal remedy.

Vos was on 60 Minutes last Sunday talking about “the big lie” of voter fraud in Wisconsin. She essentially sold her soul and spewed the Media-Dem Party line so she could get her face on tv for 15 minutes.

I realize it’s all pointless theater now and we all know how the final act is going to turn out.... but what state law would they cite that PROHIBITS decertifying the results of a fraudulent election?

What is the legal process for decertification?
I disagree. They’ll be no decertification but this matters. It makes January 6th even more relevant because this is exactly what they were protesting for and these slow drips of evidence eventually add up to widespread national fraud…. Which will get laws changed in places that value election security.
