Poll: Nearly 80% of Americans want Biden to boost oil production 'Nobody believes the preposterous claims that green energy can fix this disaster'

When Joe Biden was elected he immediately attacked the American energy industry.

He canceled the Keystone pipeline project, that was being developed to bring millions of barrels of oil to the U.S. He made it harder to develop natural gas resources. He had a go at making the oil permitting and well drilling processes much harder – or even impossible.

The result was a surge in gasoline prices that contributed to an inflation rate measured at 7.5% for consumers.

Then Russia invaded Ukraine, further destabilizing the world's energy industries, and pushing that inflation rate in America up to 7.9%.

Voters are fed up.

A new poll from Convention of States Action, in partnership with the Trafalgar Group, one of the most accurate pollsters over recent years, shows that 77.3% of the respondents say in the wake of Russia's attacks on Ukraine, Biden "should make increasing American energy production a priority."

Only 9.3% said no.

The results are from a poll March 7-11 of more than 1,000 likely 2022 election voters.

Only eight short months left in order to vote every one of these butt holes out of office.

GOP will do everything it can to lose in the meantime.

80% of Americans support Voter ID laws too. Doesn’t mean we are going to get it

“’Nobody believes the preposterous claims that green energy can fix this disaster’”

Nobody? Absolutely nobody ... as in not a single person?
False. Many liberals believe it.

80% of Americans also agree that the GOP will not put any pressure on Biden and the Dems to get going on increasing our energy output.

If you read the oil trade rags, you will discover this is a no can do. All the fracking rigs are deployed, all experienced oil hands are working, there is a big shortage of sand and pipe. In the long run, of course, new fracking rigs can be made, new workers can be trained, sand and pipe production can be increased (if they can find workers) - but it will take a while.

Put 50% of the population immediately on electric cars, and the economy would collapse. There is no infrastructure in “green” vehicles to meet market demand in society.

Of course, you could just loot the delivery trucks on the side of the road who pooped out of juice.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is when a person does not have skills or ability in a specific area but sees themselves as fully equipped to give opinions or carry out tasks in that field, even though objective measures or people around them may disagree. They are unawareTrusted Source that they do not have the necessary capabilities.

It also suggests that people with less competence in a given area are more likely to unknowingly overestimate their competence, while high performers often have a tendency to underestimate their skills and knowledge.

Experts have applied this concept to many aspects of life, from the abilityTrusted Source to recognize faces to influencing political decisions without fully understanding the issues.

I’m still confused by all of this green energy stuff and climate change. How can climate change linger over the United States and not affect countries like India, China and the Middle East oil producing nations?

What I propose is we boycott all Chinese imports until China changes their coal producing policies.

I must be in a minority to not want to be caught dead working for these a$$holes.

Even if you could “drill”, do you think you’re going to be rewarded in pay with “Biden Bucks”? What is your ESG score going to be, raping Gia-Mother-Earth and all? How much “excess profits” are going to have to be directed to left wing causes by Nancy Pelosi?

Take the time off. You’ve earned it. Bring back Trump, again, if you want to keep some of what you’ve been working for.

I would point out that Biden does not have any power to “boost oil production”. What Biden CAN DO, is remove the restrictions that he placed on the oil industry.

The reason I call this out is that if the restrictions are removed, the MSM will attempt to call out Biden’s “achievements”. But the fact is, the oil prices we have now are a direct result of Biden’s failures. Do not fall for the MSM’s attempt to fool you.

“ 80% of Americans support Voter ID laws too. Doesn’t mean we are going to get it”

That’s because demonrats think certain people are too stupid to get IDs, and if you think otherwise you are a super duper turbo mega racist

True but iI blame republicans too. It’s a winning issue considering it’s wide spread support but not enough politicians really push for it.

There are a lot of people in my area of SoCal that fully support the Biden Administration. In fact I got kicked off of Nextdoor for two weeks because I was pointing out the fallicy of the Biden administration.
