The anonymity and vagueness of such cell videos are reasons to not attach much, if any, meaning to them. They can mean whatever anybody claims they mean.
Interesting in a curio way, otherwise meaningless except for whatever meaning a beholder may attach to them.

Their point of contention as been Ukraine NATO and EU membership. That has been the case all along. They have expressed that hundreds of times. It was an issue that was already laid on the table as far back as 1994 when we promised we would not expand eastward with NATO. We also promised them no missile defense and no US/NATO troops in former Soviet Republics. Meanwhile Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania are NATO members; US troops were training the forces in the Republic of Georgia and today Ukraine; we withdrew from the ballistic missile treaty and started building a missile defense system and based in as far East an Poland and Romania.
We have broken our promises but worse yet, with Ukraine, Russia feels directly threatened. It's an unacceptable security risk from their perspective.
Last October Biden basically gave the green light for Ukraine NATO membership. After that, the clock for an armed conflict started ticking.
This is a case where we are the big-guy and feel empowered to do whatever we want. “Who is going to stop us?”
We NEVER found WMD’s in Iraq, they kept saying Saddam must have moved them BUSH WANTED regime change plain and simple, 9/11 had NOTHING to with Iraq and EVERYTHING to do with the Saudi’s NOW they want regime change in Russia and the propaganda is on overload!! Zelenski is all for NWO Putin not so much he is a thorn in their side, so they have decided to get rid of him one way or another!! Ukraine is corrupt as hell and has been a HUGE piggy bank for ALL the known actors, the Ukrainian people suffer and that is a shame but Putin won’t go down easily and I don’t want a nuke head landing on our shores WE ARE escalating this out of control, WE have not won a war since WW2 our generals today are weak political woke pieces of dog dung!!

Where we live in Florida, we are surprised by the occasional sonic boom. Even with cellphone in hand, I'd be very hard-pressed to get a sonic boom on video.
