Russian troops have launched an attack on a theatre in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol where as many as 1,200 civilians including women, children and the elderly, were taking refuge.

There is no BEFORE image on the LBC site.
Reuters could not independently verify the information.
It seems the lights, water, internet are still on throughout most of Ukraine, even cities like Kiev and Kharkiv. We should note too that the 3 Eastern European PM’s who visited Kiev yesterday - took a TRAIN TO KIEV.
If Russia were trying to terrorize civilians, those would have been the first things to go 3 weeks ago. Why are they still working?

Er, targeting the families back home does not result in the defending troops doing anything but desiring to kill more enemies. It is self-defeating IMHO. Imagine how you would react if you learned that your entire family had been killed by the enemy if you were on the front lines.

That building has many windows. None are visible on the theater picture.

Nothing new for Russians, they destroyed a theater in Moscow nearly 20 years ago to ‘solve’ a terrorist/hostage situation, killed about 300 hostages.
