PMorgan Chase & Co will resume hiring unvaccinated individuals from April 4, the bank said in an internal memo seen by Reuters on Monday, as it looks to ease rules put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The bank is also dropping the mask mandate in it offices for all employees, making wearing masks voluntary for both vaccinated and unvaccinated employees, according to the memo.
Mandatory testing for unvaccinated staffers, asking employees to report COVID-19 infection and associated contact tracing and notifications will be discontinued on April 4, the memo said.

Why would you ever want to work for a company that did that to you?
Think about all the employees of these companies who were strong-armed/coerced into “jab or job”. Now they’re hiring back those that got fired for refusing the jab. Adverse effects are through the roof, bodies piling up. If I were coerced into the jab, I would be SO pissed. Evidently, a lot of the Wall Street guys who got the jab also got Omicron & they’re mad about getting a shot for “nothing”. Oh, so if you got the jab, milder symptoms/no hospital/no death you say is the benefit? Only the CDC/gov’t liars are still tooting that horn - the data shows otherwise.
Are they hiring Russians?
Sue them all. Get some lawyers and have a class action suit. Then do separate suits while that is flailing about. Make them regret it daily.

Now, if those who made and enforced the mandates were to publicly apologize and then commit seppuku on the front steps...*maybe*.
I’ve seen major employers around me that haven’t been able to fill positions for over a year. Reposted over and over again. Not low-end stuff either...skilled and specialized positions.
If they were to try and pull a vaccine mandate again, I would expect not only a lot of sudden vacancies (both the unjabbed and the p*ssed-off jabbed), but outright sabotage or worse.
If the vaxxed keep dying of side effects and sick/ die of COVID they will neep people from somewhere to work for them.

Worked at a lot of jobs I hated because I preferred not to live in a van down by the river or embrace the breatharian lifestyle. Low vitamin content.
There are tons of jobs open noe just begging for workers.
And the tons of jobs just begging for workers is an illusion. You can apply to "tons of jobs" and never get a response.
Sad, then go back but explore your options. When you find a better job be sure to let them know why you left. I would have areal hard time working for someone who kicked me in the teeth, but then, I’m stubborn. I still haven’t watched FOX since the election.
But I do have an employee who has been looking for a job for when he graduates in a couple of months. He sends in his application and... nothing. I know he got good grades, I know he is in a field that supposedly is hiring.
But it is like pulling eye teeth to get a response from these companies.
Just be patient the worm always turns. If I could give advice to people it would be never work for a boss you don’t admire. Just keep your eyes open and when the opportunity present....jump.
