The Deep state wants the turmoil not necessary the Ukraine. That part I can understand. Are you saying if the turmoil ends this weakens the deep state? No - That seems to be the position of the Putinistas/Deep State paranoids. I'm just pointing out that under their reasoning, their buddy Putin can foil this alleged Deep State plot by withdrawing rather than by Ukraine surrendering.
I personally believe this war hurts everyone in the West, especially financial elites. The only beneficiaries of Russian aggression are the CCP and Iran. And they benefit even more if Ukraine surrenders and Russia wins.
