That goes back to my axiom that socialism cannot survive in a vaccuum. Which basically means, they can never succeed if there are options or choices. If people can opt out of socialist programs, or they are allowed to easily move to places without socialism (evolving marxist totalitarianism), then the deadbeats will mire in socialism and everyone else will prevail in freedom. That can never be allowed.
