ABC News’ Jon Karl said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that Fox News host Tucker Carlson was “echoing” Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “classic propaganda.”
Anchor Nicolle Wallace said, “During Tucker Carlson’s show, Tucker Carlson led with and amplified, he chose to start his very, very highly rated program by amplifying Russia’s false claims that Jennifer Griffin, Fox News national security correspondent, knocks down.”

Technically they didn't commit Ignoratio elenchi because they don't claim to be proving anything. Maybe it's more like Poisoning the well.

What’s sad is how so many Americans thought that Russia invading Ukraine was a partisan issue and ‘points’ were to be made between Republicans and Democrats.
Meanwhile Russians and Ukrainians are dying for the vainglorious satisfaction of a scumsucking dictator who hides in a Moscow bunker.
I hear what you are saying, but understand ever since Trump came on the scene in 2016, the Democrats and their Never Trumper Republican lackeys have tried to paint Trump and Putin as best buds.
It’s kind of hard to not be somewhat partisan about this after all that.

To the left-wind media, and to democrats in general, Tucker Carlson is the FNC equivalent of Donald Trump. They have to take him out no matter what and no matter how. Soon, they’ll find somebody who was sexually harassed by Tucker, some 30+ years ago, even if not true.
I understand his brother is there as his stand-in.
They got a pretty good station there. Been watching GBN off and on.
Thus, the phrase, “Don’t poison the well. You may have to drink the water.” Works in a small town like mine.

He blamed the western countries for starting this war about 30 (or more) years ago.

Hey geniuses, did you bother watching Victoria Nuland’s testimony? Did you watch Tucker’s segment where he posted webpages that had been posted by the US State Department before they were memory holed?
