Yahoo News GOP Rep. Cawthorn calls Zelensky ‘a thug,’ says Ukraine is pushing ‘woke ideologies’ Christopher Wilson Christopher Wilson·Senior Writer Thu, March 10, 2022, 1:51 PM EST Rep. Madison Cawthorn, R-N.C., called Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky a "thug" at a campaign event over the weekend.

"Remember that Zelensky is a thug," Cawthorn said in a video obtained by WRAL. "Remember that the Ukrainian government is incredibly corrupt and is incredibly evil and has been pushing woke ideologies."

The 26-year-old Cawthorn’s statement is a deviation from mainstream Republican support of Zelensky and the Ukrainian people as they defend themselves against the Russian invasion, but it echoes other comments made at the impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump.

Russia borders Mongolia. Right about where Putin has a bio-weapons lab out East.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_biological_weapons_program

Mongolia should not tolerate that and should invade immediately.

Cawthorn has more guts than you, keyboard warrior, any day of the week.

I'm sorry Ms. Cauthorn, but exactly what guts are those?

As soon as I heard Soros, every democrat, Biden, Obama are backing Zelensky lead Ukraine, I had knee jerk reaction to go in opposite direction. I am not a fan of communist Russia, but I have greater dislike for Soros and his minions.

Mongolia could not win a street fight in Russia. It is not a super power who can enforce it’s borders. Wake up and smell the coffee. Russia OTOH has more nukes than any other country in the world. And has more mineral resources than any country in the world. You comparing Mongolia with Russia displays your lack of geo-political knowledge.

If Finland joins NATO, just like we forced Cuba to dismantle USSR connected weapons, why should Russia not have the same privilege?

No one really wants Finland.

If Russia wanted Finland, they could have had the whole kit and kaboodle in 1939-1940.

The illegal invasion of Iraq premised on lies, was pretty terrifying for the average Iraqi civilians blown to pieces and their families. Would have been terrifying at Dresden too. And Hiroshima. Don’t friggin preach

So... It’s ok for Russia to invade Ukraine, because Ukraine is weak and small... But it’s not ok for Mongolia to invade Russia... for the exact same reasons Putin is using, because Mongolia is weak and small.

Might makes RIGHT.

Even if Russia is having a tough go of it in Ukraine even accounting for the agitprop from both sides.

Got it.

the thug Poroshenko made him Governor of Odessa in 2015

Not likely. He was already out of power in February of 2014. And why do you call him a thug?

A corrupt U.S invaded a corrupt Iraq. At least Ukraine borders Russia. Not halfway round the world.

Most of Mongolia does’t even have indoor plumbing, let alone a military that can fight Russia.

Belaya Smert and his buddies kept the Soviets out of Finland.

Seeing how Putin’s invaders are currently doing, pretty sure Simo’s descendants wouldn’t have much problem.
