Vice President Kamala Harris laughed during a press conference in Poland on Thursday after being asked whether the US will make a specific allocation for Ukrainian refugees. Harris and Poland’s President Andrzej Duda had both just been asked to answer questions from the same reporter about the US accepting Ukrainian refugees. The VP chuckled awkwardly before President Duda began answering the important humanitarian question first.

I could only make it about 30 seconds, which is more than plenty.
Anything longer should be broadcast 24/7 in every prison in the country to those sentenced to life. It wouldn’t be long until they started hanging themselves in their cells.

That uncontrolled laugh signifies a problem, I don’t know what it is. But there is one person who knows her best. He shared a bed with her for years and provided her support and opportunities to rise up in the democratic state government. The one who knows her best, inside and out, is Willie Brown.
Laughing like that is a stalling tactic, to buy time to come up with an answer. It’s what some people do when they can’t think on their feet or when they try to hide the fact that they know nothing

This is, of course, not the first time Harris burst out in laughter when addressing a serious question.
Amid the chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan in August, a reporter tried to ask Harris a question about the situation.
However, she cut them off and laughed.
