These folks in the administrations are supposed to be smart, not the cream of the idiots. LOTS of people want nothing to do with electric cars, few can even afford one, & there are many places with no place to charge them, no place to repair or service them. If some of these government geniuses had brains they would have them laid out on the kitchen table playing with them.
