And some of these cowardly comments in this thread are beyond pathetic. My God, go hide in your closet!

This letter was spot on and every single word needs to be shouted from the rooftops.

FGS.

The “two lovers”?

Really?

We’ve come to expect gradeschool insults from Trump, but this really lowers the bar.

I agree with you. And Paul Ryan is my most despised Republican.

"WHY....did he pick Barr"

Why did Trump pick anyone? Who was advising him? Who was in charge of HR and vetting?

Trump made a lot of bad picks along the way. Someone was advising him.

“We all know who Bill Barr is”

We know who he was. He’s nothing now except a tool for the Libs.

“And Paul Ryan is my most despised Republican.”

I gave this some thought. Tough call, there are so many.

The freepers who keep saying “dwelling on the past” act like it was a sport bet gone bad, or an overpayment of a car repair, and not one of the biggest heists in history.

Trump needs to verbally kick the media’s ass every chance he gets. People who whine about Trump’s Tweets and letters are largely responsible for the mess we’re in. In this world now, it’s never good to stand by and say nothing when you know that what is happening is wrong.

agreed and even though I’m the one that asked that question, I do know he had to depend on advisers and stay within the sytem. McConnell is a huge enemy of the people and he’s responsible for many of the choices, particularly the supreme court losers we got stuck with. I don’t think it helped that trump’s daughter and son in law are practically deep staters too.

His inability not to take the bait sometimes is what cost him the election more than any fraud. I disagree with his take on Bill Barr. Barr struck me as serious, solid and steady which is what justice requires. Durham taking forever isn’t on Barr but Trump should be happy Durham was appointed at all. Trump was frustrated by the Russia hoax lies and slow pace but the legal system isn’t the corporate world. There are many things to love about Trump but he does need to reign it in sometimes or learn when it’s best to say nothing. I’m interested in Barr’s book because I found Barr’s actions and statements and interviews thoughtful, careful. Not out of fear from leftists and impeachment but because the course of justice demands it. For the outcome to stand up to scrutiny and have weight of truth, it can’t be rushed. Rushing to judgment is how we had cities on fire last summer, it’s how lives have been destroyed or maligned from Richard Jewel to Nick Sandman. But I get it. Trump is passionate and feels righteous anger and that justice hasn’t come for the criminal conspiracy against him and his campaign. But as a leader and potential candidate in 2024, he needs to move on from 2020 and look to the future. Being blinded by past grievances and keeping these things alive, rather than healing and moving on with the times, is also why we had cities burning last summer.

Calling people you hire names, over and over, is not the sign of a good executive. How many “mistakes of judgement” did this guy make in personnel matters?

I think that’s too simplistic and Barr is very nuanced in his thinking. Did Trump’s focus on the 2020 election stir passions? Absolutely. So on a very simplistic level he “caused” January 6th. But he didn’t cause or call on anyone to become an insurrectionist. I love that he’s a fighter but he’s not the potus in power and needs to move on to focus on midterms and retaking the White House. This was a trap and he fell for it and he’s still falling for it and it’s why and how he lost. He needs to be smarter than this.

This is an epic letter, and I think it was a great thing for Trump to publicize it. I will explain in more detail later.

People in the RINO party always think that the best thing to do is not to respond to this sort of slander.

Agreed!... Now YOU are elected President (as an "Outsider") and become responsible for appointing 10,000 of your MOST TRUSTED INDIVIDUALS! Give or take a few thousand, that is your mission! You wind up with a great number of folks you really shouldn't have appointed (they were HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY XXX, AN ARDENT SUPPORTER AND CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTOR!)

Been there and seen it up close and personal during the 80's & early 90's.

Do I have a solution??? Countless centuries of human behavior in countless regimes offer a clue..., there is none!

He’s always mocked Strzuk and Paige but I rolled my eyes too. The letter is dripping with immaturity. He hasn’t realized this works against him and the MAGA/America First movement. He gives life to the caricature mocked and demonized by the left

In this world now, it’s never good to stand by and say nothing when you know that what is happening is wrong.

There are smarter ways to express the same message and BE MORE EFFECTIVE. At this point it’s like a child throwing a tantrum at the store or a ridiculous adult who wets herself to prove a point.

Phenomenal. Trump has every right to stand up for himself against Barr’s accusations. Who else will?
