Everyone wanted President Trump to be the President, VP, SecDef, SecState, AG, Senate Leader, House Leader, the King and the Candlestick Maker, bring world peace, better trade deals, lower taxes, bring jobs back to America. I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff.
He had a roster to pick from. That roster was given to him by McConnell. Sucks but that is they way it was.
