A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a 14-year-old Christian student in Florida based on his description of a concerted campaign by classmates and their parents to falsely portray him as a violent wannabe killer with access to knives and guns.

The lawsuit was in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of Nicholas Ortiz against Mater Academy by the law firm of Dhillon Law Group.

You will be persecuted for your faith. Mr. Ortiz can consider himself worthy to be persecuted which is precious in God’s sight. But sue their pants off. Plus “revenge is mine” saith the Lord....He will bring it to pass. Will not be pretty.

"During a fall 2021 classroom discussion, Nicholas's science teacher, Mr. Ardieta, singled out Nicholas in front of his peers and questioned him for believing in God. Mr. Ardieta insinuated that Nicholas was ignorant for believing in the Bible. When Nicholas attempted to defend his beliefs, Mr. Ardieta cut him off and said, in front of the class and during the classroom discussion, Nicholas should not believe the Bible."

Science.

Near perfect example of the difference between INDOCTRINATION (this) and TEACHING! Classroom monitor Ardieta needs a new job, perhaps with a local atheist group?

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

Liberal can be vocal in their indoctrination of students. Conservatives better shut up.

That place needs to be picketed. It’s worse than the Loudon County school board in Virginia because the administration unleashed student bullies against the kid.

Destroy all leftist democrat taliban party voters with lawfare, folks, just like Nick Sandmann. Hit them in their wallets.

They need to also sue every one of those parents who defamed him. I know most of them will have no money, but a few may have homeowners insurance which can be made to pay, and the suit and discovery would punish those parents to some extent.

All the kid had to do was ask the teacher to create life with his own hands in front of the class.
